Chunqi Jiang, Ph.D.

Professor

Dr. Jiang is affiliated with the Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics. Her academic appointment is with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. She is also a core faculty member with the Biomedical Engineering Institute, ECE Department.

Research:

Fundamental studies of non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasmas (plasma jets, needles, brushes, etc.) and their applications in energy, environment and medicine. These studies include spectroscopic diagnostics, electrical measurements, and kinetics modeling.

Bioelectrics engineering, instrumentation, and physics studies of nanosecond pulsed electric fields for biological cell manipulation via collaborative efforts.
