needs

The DLC has requested that the English 203 class produce...

  • a quick guide for Adobe Premiere written for Purdue University students
  • a short report about how the DLC gets used; this will be based upon the data that we already collect to fulfill the first need

research questions

  • What are the functions of Adobe Premiere? What is it? What do people do with Adobe premiere?
  • Who uses Adobe Premiere at Purdue University? What is the proficiency of the users at Purdue University? What defines the level of the user (beginner/intermediate)?
  • What types of help are already available for Adobe Premiere? How useful is it for the specific Purdue users? (see answers to previous questions)
  • How do Purdue University students use Adobe Premiere? What specific problems do they experience?
  • What will be the most effective form of a guide? (length, language, format, etc?)
  • For the short report, how do people use the DLC? What are peopleÕs opinions of this space?
