My name is Erin Warhamand I currently teach for Old Dominion University, College of Education, Department Teaching and Learning. I previously worked for Virginia Beach City Public Schools as a division Instructional Technology Coordinator.

I have seventeen years experience in education ranging from K- College, including online instruction. I received my B.A. in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University. I was also a NCAA Division I swimmer. I obtained my M.S. from Nova Southeastern University in Computer Technology in Education from the College of Computer Information Systems. A unique perspective that I share with most of my students is online coursework. I have been on both sides of the computer- a teacher and a student. While teaching at the college level I taught online courses for Information Systems, Business Administration, and Education. I have had the experience of using various delivery methods of online courses andthere are many(OE/Newgroups, WebCT, Blackboard, Jones Knowledge, and Unix). I am also a certified facilitator for online courses through PBS Teacherline. This enables me to facilitate online courses through the Public Broadcasting System's service they provide to educators around the country.

My current position as Senior-Lecturer at Old Dominion University involves teaching Education, Special Education, Speech, and Secondary Licensure majors Instructional Technology as well as other PK-6 program courses. I teach both the undergraduate and graduate courses. Our goal in TLED 430/530is to show how to integrate technology into the curriculum to have a seamless approach.

My primary focus in my previous job was to oversee the Computer Resources Specialist and Library Media Specialist programs in our schools. Seamless technology integration is an ongoing process. The trend of technology changes constantly and my job followed the trend.

I love working in education of all levels and spend my free time furthering my own education and pursuing educational opportunities online.
