Shirshak K. Dhali is Professor and Chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Old Dominion University. Prior to joining ODU, he was a faculty at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, IL. Dr. Dhali has published over 80 refereed articles in journals and proceedings. His research has focused primarily upon gaseous electronics and non-thermal plasmas. He is currently also doing research in analog VLSI and offshore wind energy.
