Discussion Facilitators  (First Set of Readings, Second Set of Readings, Case Studies/Countries)  
During the semester, students will be responsible for serving as discussion facilitators for one of the topics on the syllabus.  The specific topics and expectations are as follows:
*Each student will speak for about 10-15 minutes followed by class discussion. 
*Each student should provide a summary of his/her section of the readings to be distributed to each student in the class 
*Discuss the important elements of the readings as they relate to the subject of the class 
*Prepare a set of questions to facilitate discussion after the presentations  
*All students should come prepared to discuss the readings.

*Let others in the class know what you will be studying for your research paper
*Constructive criticism:  Evaluating the proposal
