Internal Auditing: Assurance & Consulting Services (IA) by Reding, Sobel, Anderson, Head, Ramamoorti, Salamasick, and Riddle, 2nd edition, 2009, The Institute of Internal Auditors Research Foundation, ISBN 978-0-89413-643-6. This editon is substantially different from the 1st edition.

I have prepared modules that contain materials relevant to class lectures. These are posted on this website. Please read them before each class. I will be updating these as we progress through the class. Please check them as I revise them for current readings. Additional course materials will be handed in class and placed on the Course site in Blackboard. Students must have a valid university e-mail account to access Blackboard.

The Multiple Choice Questions will be taken directly from Parts I and II from the Gleim CIA Software that can be purchased directly from Gleim at a special student rate. To download the test questions go directly to www.gleim.com. I will also forward more details on this during the first week of class. 

Finally, students should be able to access the IIA Standards at http://www.theiia.org/guidance/standards-and-guidance/.

Students should reference the standards when submitting written assignments.
